1. Booking Cancellations

Because Deep Cleaning Service is a directory connecting you with independent service providers, cancellation policies may vary between individual providers. We strongly recommend discussing cancellation terms directly with the provider before confirming a booking.

Generally, providers require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee imposed by the service provider.

2. Refund Eligibility

As our platform does not process payments for the actual cleaning services (payments are handled directly between you and the provider), we do not issue refunds for services rendered. Any requests for refunds, partial or full, due to dissatisfaction with the service must be directed to the service provider who performed the work.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a service or a payment with a provider listed on our platform, we encourage both parties to resolve the matter amicably. While we are not liable for the outcome, we may, at our discretion, review complaints and remove providers from our directory if they consistently violate professional standards.
