Deep Cleaning Service provides professional deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Bangalore. Our services include but are not limited to home deep cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sofa cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Services can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
- We require at least 24 hours notice for booking changes or cancellations.
- Service times are estimated and may vary based on property condition and size.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
- Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual property condition and requirements.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning staff.
- Secure or remove valuable items before the cleaning service.
- Be present or arrange for an authorized person to be present during the service.
- Inform us of any specific concerns or areas requiring special attention.
5. Our Responsibilities
Deep Cleaning Service agrees to:
- Provide trained and verified cleaning professionals.
- Use professional-grade cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products.
- Complete the agreed-upon cleaning services to a professional standard.
- Treat your property with care and respect.
- Address any concerns or complaints promptly.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us within 24 hours of service completion. We will re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.
7. Liability
- We take reasonable care when providing our services.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before service.
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: No charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% of quoted price may apply.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full charge may apply.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
